Grade Nite Permission form (Due by Thursday, May 2, 2024)
Students and guests are expected to conduct themselves according to the CPS Rights & Responsibilities and not jeopardize other senior events/activities during your last few weeks.

$130 per ticket
- Tickets are on sale in the main office during lunch periods April 8- April 26
- Ticket(s) are final sale, non-refundable and non-transferable. The names of students and their
  guest will be held at the door, and no physical ticket will be issued.
Seniors are allowed to bring one (1) guest to the prom. All guests must be under 21.
- Senior Prom Guest Form (Guest form must be presented before purchasing a guest ticket)

Parents this is your opportunity to purchase a senior yearbook ad. The request form is December 4 - December 22, 2023.

Picture-Day Studio Session

Appointments are still available at Picture-Day Studio for senior portraits (this includes a cap/gown yearbook photo) on December 9, 2023

Note: $30 Sitting fee: Cap/Gown Yearbook photo, multiple poses, backdrop options, and opportunity for wardrobe change.
