Yearly QuickStart 2026-2027

Mandatory Registration: All students in grades 9–12 (including incoming freshmen and transfer students) must complete QuickStart registration each school year. A parent or legal guardian must complete this process.

Step 1: Gather Information
Before starting, ensure you have the following ready:
  • Parent/Guardian must complete the form
    • Parent/Guardian signature required (For best results use a tablet or phone)
  • 2 Proofs of Address (Digital files/scans within the last 2 months). View List of Acceptable Proofs
  • Student's ID# (Don't know it? Use the SID Lookup Tool)
  • Family Income Information Form - If applying for the waiver; gross annual income

Step 2: Complete the Digital QuickStart Form
Submit the online registration packet for each student enrolled at Jones.
  • What's included in the form: Student/Parent contact info, Family Income Information Form (FIIF / Fee Waiver Application), Open Campus release (Juniors/Seniors), Record Release, and Senior Graduation details.
  • Paperless Process: No printing or physical signature drop-off required. Once submitted, a PDF copy will be emailed to you for your records. Review documents. (Do not email forms directly to staff).

Step 3: Schedule & Student Fees
  1. Review Schedule: Log into the Student Portal (Aspen).
    • Schedule Questions? Counselors will email schedule change request procedures during the week of August 17–21.
  2. Pay Fees: Review the 2026–2027 Fee Schedule (PDF) and pay via the Parent Portal (Aspen).

    • Applying for a Fee Waiver (FIIF)? Do NOT pay online now. Wait until waiver determinations are finalized in November.

    • Online Payment: Credit card (only) payments incur a 2.5% processing fee.

Most families can complete registration entirely online. In-person attendance is only required for specific tasks outlined below.
 
Event Dates & Times
  • August 12, 2026: 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM
  • August 13, 2026: 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM
  • Make-Up Hours: August 17–21 between 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM in the Main Office (Limited availability due to staff meetings).
  
 
Who Needs to Attend In-Person?
You only need to visit the school in person if your student needs to:
  • Families that need assistance or may not have a computer/iPad at home to complete the ONLINE form
  • Take a Student ID photo (Freshmen & Transfer students)
  • Pick up a Chromebook (Freshmen & Transfer students — please complete the Mobile Device Agreement beforehand)
  • Drop off physical health records, immunization forms, or birth certificates
  • Pay fees in person
    • ⚠️ In-Person Payment Notice: The school office accepts Cash or Money Order ONLY. Credit or debit cards are NOT accepted on-site.

  • Students report to AcLab for modified schedules, lanyards, IDs, lockers, and textbooks.
Sep 1 & Sep 2, 2026 School Pictures Taken during English class for Grades 9, 10, and 11. (Senior portrait sessions take place during Q1).
