The following survey is being administered by the Jones College Prep Local School Council (LSC) in an effort to equitably evaluate Principal Powers as part of the Principal Evaluation process for the 2021-2022 school year.
Please know that your responses are completely anonymous. Your feedback is very important to us! We expect the survey to take about 5-10 minutes.
Please complete the survey by Monday, April 18th at midnight.
This survey has two parts. The first part (three open ended questions) asks for general feedback. The second part (scale from disagree to agree) asks about 12 key behaviors that are scored as part of the LSCs evaluation.
