Senior Yearbook Photo
11:00 AM - 3:15 PM (during the student's assigned lunch period and AcLab) | South Cafeteria
Senior cap/gown yearbook photo will be taken on November 28th and 30th during the student's assigned lunch period and AcLab in the South Cafeteria. This is only for students who did not have their photo taken at school over the summer or at Picture Day Studios.

Class of 2024 Parent Meeting
5:00 PM - 5:30 PM | South Theater & Livestreamed (Recorded)
An informational meeting to help seniors and their families stay on track and get the most out of their last year. We will be discussing events, fees, and a general 'to do list' as we move toward graduation. Parents who attend the meeting in person could win a 1/4-size senior yearbook ad (valued at $80) just for being present. One lucky winner will receive a free old ad in the yearbook—no purchase is required.
The Herff-Jones representative (Jim Cranley) will be on hand to discuss options to help you celebrate milestones with customized high school rings, invitations, and more. We will be raffling a senior package ($120 value) during the meeting. You must be present to win.

ISAC FSA ID Workshops
5:30 PM - 6:30 PM | South Cafeteria (In Person Only)
Jones is partnering with the Illinois Student Assistance Commission (ISAC) to offer a workshop to help families set up their FSA IDs in preparation for the Free Application for Federal Aid (FAFSA) rollout in December. Families will need FSA IDs to access and later sign the FAFSA documents.

Students and families are encouraged to bring their own laptops. These workshops will occur in person only at Jones in the South Building Cafeteria.
Prior to the evening workshop for parents/guardians, we'll have a student-only workshop during AcLab that day. Students will receive a separate invite to RSVP for that.
After setting up FSA IDs, the ISAC rep will be available to answer questions on the broader financial aid planning process.
