Jones College Prep (JCP) is a multifaceted facility located on State Street between Harrison & Polk in Chicago’s South Loop neighborhood; appropriately dubbed the ‘Education Corridor.’ The school is conveniently located near public transportation, Michigan Ave, shopping on State Street, and minutes from Grant Park and Museum Campus. The facility has over 400,000 sq. ft. of space that spans the new and original campus, which has the flexibility to host almost any type of event, social gathering, or meeting.

Insurance Requirements
All facility usages require liability insurance to help protect both the lessee and lessor from unforeseen incidents.
Insurance Providers
Lessees can submit insurance from their own provider or purchase coverage from Facilitron.
General Liability Insurance
Lessee shall obtain liability insurance at $1,000,000 for each occurrence. In most cases, this is as simple as adding Jones College Prep as an additional insured to your company's general liability policy. Pool rentals require a $3,000,000 liability coverage, certified lifeguard, and other restrictions may apply. A current certificate of insurance must be uploaded to Facilitron (or for film usage sent to Jones) prior to your event date.

Pool Usage
Swimming Pool Usage: If a part of this Agreement, the Licensee shall provide General Liability Insurance with limits not less than Five Million Dollars ($5,000,000.00) per occurrence in a combined single limit for both injury and property damage. Licensee agrees to provide adequate number of properly qualified Life Guards and/or Water Safety Instructors [Red Cross or YMCA certified] and to comply with all Board and Illinois Department of Public Health regulations governing the use and operation of swimming pools. Youth Organizations (SAM Insurance)
Organizations working with youths (under 17 years of age) are required to obtain additional Sexual Abuse and Molestation (SAM) insurance coverage.
Rental Types
General Rentals
To inquire about general rentals (long-term or short-term), please create a Facilitron account. On the Facilitron website, you will be able to see general availability (note: not all events will be shown on the Facilitron calendar), pricing, upload insurance requirements, and pay any fees associated with rentals.
