Advisory Council
GOALS AND OBJECTIVES
The Jones College Prep Advisory Council seeks to:
- Provide the highest level of community support to educational issues at Jones by supplying managerial, business, marketing, artistic and communication expertise;
- Address specific concerns and projects initiated by the Jones community that relate directly to a member�s business or area of expertise;
- Influence the Jones vision and strategic plan by monitoring its alignment with community and global trends, needs and possibilities;
- Influence curriculum development and delivery at Jones by providing the highest level �real world� connections for students, including:
- Job shadowing
- Internships
- Research connections
- Guest lecturers
- Artists-in-residence
- Opportunities to extend student classroom learning into the community
- Extend the post-graduate possibilities of Jones students, the reputation of the Jones learning community and the impact of Jones students as future leaders.
